Forgotten Username or Password
Account recovery
Kraken Server accounts are managed manually. If you have forgotten your username or password, contact the server administrator and request an account recovery.
For security reasons, do not send your current password or any private login details. The administrator can confirm your account and reset your password if needed.
What to include
- The username or email address linked to your account
- Which service you are trying to access
- Whether you forgot your username, password, or both
Password resets are not automatic. The administrator will need to process the request manually.
